Most clients train 2 to 5 days per week but there is no right answer! Your program is built to fit your schedule and lifestyle, with an emphasis on sustainability rather than perfection!

Repeating exercises over multiple weeks allows your body to learn the movements, build strength safely, and progress through proper overload. Staying consistent with key exercises helps you see better results, develop confidence, and reduce injury risk. After 8–12 weeks, new exercises or progressions are introduced to keep training effective and engaging.

Yes! Many clients choose to combine in-person sessions with online programming for additional structure and consistency throughout the week!

All personal training sessions are non-refundable. This ensures clarity and consistency for all clients.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
